This is a very nice folding measuring wheel.
It reads out in meters and tenths of meters (decimeters), but the readout is easily converted/approximated to feet by multiplying by 10 and then dividing by three.  That is not an exact calculation but within 1-2% accuracy.
The units are new in box, but the boxes may be a bit distressed/beat up.  The units are in perfect condition.
These units fold in three sections for easy storage in your car's trunk, office file drawer, locker, etc.  These are perfect for realtors, property managers, surveyors, etc.
