IMPACT AIR WRENCH LOOKS TO BE IN GOOD CONDITION HOWEVER HAS NOT BEEN USED FOR OVER 20 YEARS PROBABLY. I HAVE NO WAY OF TESTING BUT END DOES TURN SMOOTHLY / FREELY IF THAT MEANS ANYTHING. BEING SOLD IS "AS IS" CONDITION.
