Vinage Putnam Yardage Estimator by the Measuregraph Co, St Louis MO.  Works, pull out the metal piece and it shows on the wheel the measurement.  Reads Estimates Yardage of cloth wound on a board without unrolling.  Neat piece.  8" in diameter.
